Payment Policy

1. Payment method:

  • 1.1.
    Customers shall have the right to select one of the following payment methods to settle transactions for the purchase of goods or the booking of services on Gonta:
    1. a.
      Payment via “VNPAY-QR supported payment application”.
    2. b.
      Payment via “Domestic bank cards and accounts”.
    3. c.
      Payment via “International payment cards” (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay).
    4. d.
      Payment via “VNPAY e-wallet”.
  • 1.2.
    Gonta reserves the right to amend or supplement the provisions of this Payment Policy at its discretion, and any such amendments or supplements shall be updated on the application or website.

2. Unsuccessful Payment Transaction

  • 2.1.
    A payment transaction may be deemed unsuccessful for a variety of reasons. Clients are hereby advised to consider, without limitation, the following potential causes:
    1. a.
      The Client has not registered the relevant payment functionality via Internet Banking with the Bank.
    2. b.
      In the case of Visa or MasterCard: during the payment process, the Client may be required to provide the password or authentication credentials under the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs; failure to complete such authentication may result in the transaction being declined.
    3. c.
      The Card has insufficient available credit or account balance to cover the payment. Certain banks may also impose daily spending limits on the Card.
    4. d.
      The Card information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  • 2.2.
    Clients are requested to contact Gonta or the card-issuing Bank directly in order to determine the exact cause of the unsuccessful transaction.
